[LSC] File Format Restrictions for Official Parts

I meant to reply as well, and then forgot. The problem with both -det and
-dist in L3P is that neither of those corresponds to an angle (at least
based on my understanding). I believe that they're both influenced by the
size of the polygons involved. If one of them does use normalized triangle
surface normals (meaning that they aren't based on the triangle size), then
.1 would probably mean about 26 degrees, and .01 would probably mean about 8
degrees.
