[LSC] File Format Restrictions for Official Parts

I checked the remaining official folders, results joined.
Clearly 1-8sphe.dat should be improved.
Now I am wondering about the real usefulness of all this. I had a close
look to the horse head, which has VERY bad results.
I rendered different versions using LDView.

file after a "technical correction": all quads warped by more than 1°
were split into triangles. imho it looks no better - or worse.
I also created files with condlines (with olc) and rendered them with
smoothing:

My feeling is that we should not be so stringent, and 5° coplanarity is
probably already quite good for parts.
