File naming:
   There a number of restrictions on filenames for patterned parts and 
part without a number.  I think these should a least be addressed here. 
   I also think the naming issues should probably be a stand alone 
document that is referenced by this spec

Leading zeros:
   I think leading lead should be required before the decimal point 
(e.g. 0.5 not .5).  I don't really have a rational reason for this 
except that it pleases me aesthetically
