[LSC] File Format Restrictions for Official Parts

I just walked through the revised version. Here my remarks:
*Co-planar Tolerance*
Do we have already agreed to the angle value of 1? Or can it be more
like 2 or 3?
*Duplicate Line Types*
.......SNIP
Every effort must be made to remove overlapping co-planar polygons.
Where overlapping polygons are unavoidable, the overlap must be kept to
the absolute minimum. Every effort must be made to remove intersecting
(non co-planar) polygons. Where intersecting polygons are unavoidable,
the intersection(s) must be kept to the absolute minimum.
I know that this would result in good parts. But I also know that this
would be a very, very hard work and result in more huge files, because
often I can not use primitives anymore. Especially the technic parts
needs to allow overlapping because it is all round. What we need to
avoid huge files, but get good files is difficult to explain.
*Colour restrictions
*
Missing: Sub-parts (line type 1) must no use colour 24.
All others are ok for me.
