[LSC] File Format Restrictions for Official Parts

Maybe I can make a little tool based on your excel sheet.

We have also type 5 lines. I think they should have a value greater than 
0 because otherwise we do not need them!(disc space)

If we have a tool testing type 4 lines, then the rest for type 5 lines 
is easy.
