[LSC] File Format Restrictions for Official Parts

could you please explain the word "laundry" in this context?

To all

I think the paragraph of the meta commands should not be so long.

It can be shortend. Why explain in this document what a meta command is
and what is historic and what not. That doesn't make sense to me. We
should keep it clear and short, so all people can understand this. So
there should remain a reference to the List of Official META Commands
<http://www.ldraw.org/Article401.html> . The text for header and body
meta commands are ok to me.
