[LSC] File Format Restrictions for Official Parts

These parts exemplify what I said - they should be cleaned in at least
two points of view:
- no remaining LSynth meta commands (constraints could be left as
comments to be able to modyfy/regenerate the part later)
- trailing 0 should be trimmed (and probably precision somewhat reduced)
