[LSC] Standard Unofficial directory?

Well I don't really think that's a big problem. Worst case scenario we
get a 3-2 vote, which we'd then have to decide if it's enough to
implement, if we get 4-1 for making it a standard, I'm happy to go with
the obvious concensus.
Is their any written rules for the LSC votes? If it's simple majority,
then 3-2 is obviously enough too.
