[LSC] Updated CATEGORY and KEYWORD specs

Thanks. Looks much better now.
To be honest, I'm not sure we can use CSS classes, since I think those have
to go into the <HEAD> section, and I don't think we have access to that. I
think somebody would have to add the class to the theme style sheets (making
sure to get the print theme as well as the main one, and that's just not
worth it.) Only having the style info in there 5 times is a big
improvement, though. (I actually picked up a fair bit of CSS knowlege
working on the LDView Parts List command, but I always go back to the
reference pages any time I actually want to do anything.)
