[LSC] Updated CATEGORY and KEYWORD specs

I've added any extra blank line after the table, and changed the ordering of the table (whilst managing to keep the alphabetical ordering in the source)

I've not used a class for the table, partly because I'm lazy and can't be bothered to go look up my CSS book, also there are now only 5 occurances of the styled <DIV> tag (compared to the previous 67)

  The content looks fine to me.  However, I have some comments on the formatting.  Since these are purely about formatting, they're not exactly high-priority items.

  Anybody here good in CSS?  Maybe it's just me, but I'm used to having tables like that read vertically, instead of horizontally like it does.  I understand that the order in the source is alphabetical, and the style info just happens to produce horizontal output, but if anybody knows how to fix that, I think it would be nice.  (It would also be good to use a class for each entry, so that you don't have to change every single entry any time you want to change the format.) 

  There should be an empty line under the category list.  Currently Wing doesn't have sufficient separation from the next paragraph.

      Yep!

      I'll fix the other comments when we've got the multi-column thing sorted
