[LSC] Updated CATEGORY and KEYWORD specs

Is the inability to embed style information the reason that the category
list went from multi-column to single-column?

Minor grammar problems:
The list of words and phrases following the !KEYWORDS meta-statement are
delimited by commas.

The phrase "are delimited" above should be "is delimited".

Words and terms from the part name are not allowed, neither is the part
number.

The comma before neither should be a semicolon, since this is two separate
complete sentences. Having said that, the current phrasing is awkward, but
I'm at a loss for suggesting a better phrasing.

There final sentence of the descriptive text is missing its period.

I think we should add alternate spellings for terms to the list at the end
of the last paragraph (for example, having "tire" as a keyword for parts
that are tyres). Or is this discouraged/forbidden? If so, do we know why,
and is it open for argument?

The descriptive text for keywords states that lines should be limited to 80
characters, but all four keywords lines in the final example are more than
80 characters (the shortest is 82, which would have still been 81 prior to
the addition of the !).
