sure I do, but since the LSC is not my sandbox I was busy keeping my mouth
shut - well ...

I suggest to do the same procedure we use for the steerco announcements.
being one of the three content manager I'll post it on ldraw's front page.

afterwards some of LSC should cross-post it to lugnet.announce,
lugnet.cad.dat.parts and lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw. I'd like to see this
published asap not to push pressure on the PT admins but to show that we are
working on the issue. how and when the CA library is ready is the exclusive
territory of the PT admins.
I'd like to know from the LSC if they want thier own page at ldraw.org to
keep track of the work they have done and the issues to discuss:
