[LSC] BFC Ambiguities

No it doesn't.  Myself and Guy regularly exchange emails where I've
submitted parts and forgotten to edit all "errors" added by MLCad

I think the Parts Tracker submit process also complains about '0 BFC CERTIFY
INVERTNEXT' .
