[LSC] Editing the specifications

It doesn't let me edit either. While we're on the BFC topic, I just
realized that the BFC document makes repeated references to the terms "clip"
and "clipping". The BFC spec itself uses CLIP and NOCLIP as commands.
While we obviously don't want to change the BFC spec, it turns out that
clipping and culling aren't really the same thing.

I'd suggest that the decriptive text of the spec be updated to remove
references to clipping and replacing them with references to culling, as
well as having a short note to the effect that even though the commands say
clip, they really mean cull, and explain the differences.

For reference, in computer graphics clip usually refers to trimming a
geometric primitve to not extend past the edge of a given region, while
culling refers to not drawing the primitive at all. Since the spec is
designed to be read by developers, I think using the pedantically correct
terms would lead to less confusion.

At the very least, we need to change the document title to say culling
instead of clipping.
