[LSC] List of official meta-commands

Forgot to say that getting a web page created would set nothing in stone,
but it would be nice to be 95% accurate on a first attempt!

Yes


Unless I hear from the other group members to the contary in the next 2 or 3
days I'll send the list to the LDraw webmasters and ask them to create a
page.
