[LSC] List of official meta-commands

The following are in the ldraw 0.27 spec (http://www.ldraw.org/article/45):

WRITE
STEP
PRINT
CLEAR
PAUSE
SAVE

Speaking of which, do a search in that file for LDRAW_ORG.  Looks like we
need to update that as well.
