[LSC] New Header Announcement

To my big surprise, changing the syntax by adding an exclaimation mark does not affect the functionality of LDList. (Anders writes more future safe programs than I do!) The question is, are we that lucky with all other utilities people all over the world have created? And another question - that may very well have been answered already, but I obviously have missed in the flood of mails - why fix something that works?
