[LSC] Updated CATEGORY and KEYWORD specs

I believe there is some setting somewhere in Postnuke that decides whether
or not a user is allowed to include embedded CSS information in their html
code. It's turned off for you and me, and probably many users. Other users
(such as Willy and Orion) have it turned on, so they can put style info in
their code.
I'm guessing a site admin will have to be the one that changes this setting
for us.
