[LSC] Call for votes: Back Face Culling (BFC) Specification 1.0

I vote yes.

As a note, I did find what I feel is a grammar error.  Do a search for the
following text:
within that file; clockwise, counterclockwise
It is my opinion that the semicolon should be a colon.  This doesn't affect
my vote.
