Dear Maura, it seems to me your feature list rather excludes budget models. If
you don't
have much money, consider buying a Centrino platform which uses the on-board
graphics,
this is not of course 'high resolution' but will save money and battery, and you
get the
wireless. Also I am not sure you need that much RAM, if you only do development
you can downsize the problem instead.
