[linux-laptop] Problems by logoff from KDE

Firstly this doesn't sound like it's notebook related at all.

Secondly I have no idea what you're referring to with the
"key shortcut", and thus don't know what difference pressing
it once or twice should make, or what the expected behaviour
in either case should be.
