These positions are full time, salaried jobs, but you will be working from
your home office. Every programmers dream come true! Salaries are dependant
on your experience, but should fall in the 90-130k range.

My client has a long history creating video games and content for clients
including Hasbro, Inc., Universal Records, MCA Records, LucasArts, GameCock
(formerly G.O.D. Games) and THQ, as well as recording artists Nelly, TLC,
Britney Spears, Master P and the Cash Money Millionaires. The team includes
veterans of LucasArts Entertainment, Pixar, ILM and the television show
Seinfeld. The studio also creates and licenses its own original material.

They are seeking expert level web/Flash programmers and expert level games
programmers to play major roles in developing an exciting line of titles for
the exploding massively multiplayer online and web-based gaming market.

This role offers excellent compensation and the ability to work from home.

Key skills we¹re looking for:
- At least 3-4 years experience in web and/or game development as core team
member
- Computer science or engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with developing applications with database backend
- Experience with developing MMO games or databases used in games a plus
- Experience with client/server engineering a plus
- Self starting and team oriented

Bonuses:

- AS3/Flex knowledge
- Java / PHP knowledge
- UNIX knowledge
- Network, back end knowledge

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, implement and develop game, product and site features
- Create practical and timely technology solutions and strategies
- Fix and resolve defects and bugs
- Consult with and advise development team on key technology issues
- Maintain effective and responsive communication with key stakeholders
