to end. The primary role will be to conceptualize, design, and implement

Requirements: 
* 5-7 years web design experience 
* Strong proficiency with Flash 
* Knowledge of design principles 
* Knowledge of web production issues 
* Ability to think conceptually 
* Excellent communication skills
