[flashpro] Sound settings

If I encode an FLV file with an audio data rate of 96kbps (stereo) or 32kbps 
(mono), do I need to set the Publish settings in Flash 8 to the same sort of 
rates?

Some of the attempts I have made at encoding the video have resulted in the 
sound having jumpy type bits in them if you know what I mean, like very 
minor gaps in the sound file or where the playback of the audio is not 
smooth.
