you certainly use the flvplayback component that require flash 8
player !!

depend of the client's request ! (flash player 6 ,7 or 8)
if it's for personnal site, had a detection script and and ask to
install flash 8.
Flash 8 is quite new, it certainly need some months to have
significant penetration stats...

depend of your contry ;) but DSL seems to be the new standart
some provider stop to sold RTC.
