[flashpro] decompile swfs

Hello all, we're making some demos of our software with this screen
capture, demo creation software (it's a pretty nice program, if I can
remember the name of it I'll let you all know what it is...).  It
exports swfs, which I want to decompile to add some variables to.

Does anyone have any opinions on the different apps out there to
decompile swfs to flas?
