[Coco] Retiring mailing list on January 1, 2026

I made this offer a few years ago when this topic came up.  I have a
Mailman server that I have been in charge of for over 20 years at the
university I work at.  I am now the CIO and can make sure it sticks around
for quite some time. :)  If that is of interest please let me know and I
can have it set up.
