[Coco] How do SAVEM and CSAVEM files work?

  I don't think it's all that common for 6809 assemblers.  But since I play
around with the MC6839 (IEEE floating point library for the 6809) as well as
Coco based programs, it was something I decided to add to make it easier for
me.
