[Coco] Pack #NP17 of converted AGD games for the Supersprite-FM+ module

This is pack #NP17 of AGD games converted from Spectrum to our 
SuperSprite-FM+ module (by John Whitworth)

using the new colours palette. These are the games that come in it.
