Yes, my MM/1 is the DE9 model and when I got my MM/1 it came with a
Magnavox Pro series with the DE9 & composite/chrome inputs on the back with
stereo speakers.

It should be possible, but I haven't tested this yet.  Only tested with the
composite method so far and my old Zippster S-Video adapter.

Might be possible to use an arcade monitor.  I know Tom C found a more
modern arcade monitor that worked with the CoCo3 which also means should be
possible to use it with the MM/1's DE9 port or 10PIN IDC depending on model
of MM/1.
