[Coco] MM/1 monitor solutions?

Allen,

There are two types of connections depending on model of MM/1. One is a
DE-9 analog RGB or a 10 PIN IDC with the same pinout as the CoCo3.
There are a few options you have is a custom cable from the MM/1 to a SCART
box with one of the RGB lines fed to the composite sync line as well, and
you must use the same SCART caps & resistors as the CoCo3 SCART cables.
Second option is running the green analog line and ground wire to a
composite connector.  I have tried this with a composite capture device
making it a black/white image and I got a picture since the video chip in
the MM/1 puts a composite sync signal on all RGB lines.
