[Coco] Building NitrOS9 on macOS - "make[3]: *** No rule to make target `grep', needed by `all'. Stop."

I have updated my lwtools and downloaded the nitros9 repository from GitHub. When I try to make, it runs for awhile, then fails at this step:

make[3]: *** No rule to make target `grep', needed by `all'.  Stop.

Does this ring any bells to someone? Is the front branch a development branch that might be broken currently?
