[Coco] My souped-up BASIC (HDB-DOS/16H) now does &B constants

I really DO have to organize this properly on source control somehow,
but I'm hopelessly procrastinating. Brain sees tasks ahead:

- Coding new BASIC feature: FUN
- Organizing project: AUUUUGHH

But I'll get to it. Eventually. I hope.
