[Coco] CoCopedia offline momentarily...

CoCopedia is offline after a Mediawiki upgrade took it down. I have hourly backups, so unless someone did any changes in the past hour, we should b good.

Very annoying thought. But at least not as problematic as Wordpress has been for me on the dozen or so sides I admin.

Any Mediawiki experts out there that know what to do when it fails?
