[Coco] Thank you CoCoList!

Thanks Fred, and especially Dennis!. I know I've been a lurker over the
last few years, I the list was a very important resource for my learning
starting in 2006.

Feels like the end of an era, really, when you consider the other resources
that didn't last nearly as long.
