[Coco] Last Radio Shack in Maryland shutting down

The remaining RadioShack stores are Franchises (except the new corporate
ones that have opened in Texas), privately owned stores that get their
supplies from RadioShack warehouses. There are several here in Pennsylvania
still. Support your local RadioShack!
