Thanks.  I saw the design in the lowerkit manual, and I think I
understand the basic part of it, as noted in my last response. I'm
mainly curious why the design didn't use the '161 instead of the '73/'93
and a '244 instead of the dual '157s (and leverage the !OE pin on the
EPROM to pull it off the bus when unneeded). Since I'm not extremely
familiar with the 6847 signals, I think it might be faster to breadboard
it and try it out in my CC1, with a LA connected.
