It is a reference to John "BoatOfCar" Shawler, one of the amigos of Amigos
Retro Gaming who is also a bit of a CoCo nut (as they all are).

So, he is known as "Boat" and the gaming / retro get together is called
Boatfest after his nickname.

If you would like boats at Boatfest, firing up Polaris or Sea Dragon would
definitely fit and some of the gamers there might give you a run for your money
in a two-player game...
