[Coco] EEPROM selection

 In the pinball universe such things exist, and may be universally compatible within your universe, depending on what ROM size and pinout the CoCo uses.

Alot of older pinball machines are 65xx / 68xx based, and have had similar issues that have been solved in their own parallel universe by people as crazy^h^h^h^h^h^h dedicated as us.

Neil's right, no EEPROM or FLASH option is available.  You could make a
battery backed SRAM option, as there are quite a few SRAMs that will run
on both voltages, and there is this:

FRAM.  It will hold the value, but is RAM, so easy to program. Just
switch off the !WE line to make it ROM.  No battery needed, but you'd
need to buy something like this (or make something like this):
