[Coco] Scott Adams Adventure International games and CoCo lowercase

So I did end up meeting Scott at the MGC. He said he never developed
anything for the CoCo himself, only the TRS-80. He wasn't sure who may
have done the port, but he didn't necessarily think it was any type of
piracy. He was a very nice friendly guy too!
