[Coco] pepper board installation instructions, updated link

 It sounds like it's definitely something on my end. My gut is now telling me that it's the yahoo web interface.  I've also noticed that my posts lose all of the formatting and it they end up looking really messy.  I might have to start using an email client.

My experience is that some browsers can be very fussy about what they 
will and won't interpret. Always made life dealing with clients lots o' fun.
