Upon trying to add the ppa for ovcc with the command
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tormodvolden/ovcc
I got the following error.
  The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/tormodvolden/ovcc/ubuntu 
bionic InRelease' is not signed.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is 
therefore disabled by default.

On another computer same OS I did not run into this problem.
Maybe I did another step that is missing in my notes.
