After some spelunking, I found this email address to contact Duncan, the
fellow that sells the SVI-CAS:

I think he's in Australia, but not sure about this. Is it the same email
that is in the user's guide?

Problem is I don't see anywhere where it indicates how you would 
actually get one. Does anyone know anything more about this then whats
