[Coco] CoCo shedding some weight (and heat!)

Yes, I was a bit rushed in my editing and perhaps glossed over some
details...
 The PD power supply has multiple voltage outputs possible. It starts at
5v, and *if* the device requests more voltage, it will increase, typically
to 9v, 12v, 15, maxing out at 20, stopping when the device tells it to.
 The PD trigger module I used is set for 12v, but 9v will work with a
Pepper board, and presumably run even cooler.
