[Coco] Problems Installing OVCC.

Hi Charlie,
It sounds like you got OVCC to compile so all you have to do now is
start OVCC in a directory that contains the "coco3.rom" file and it
should work.
I just tested this on my computer and OVCC behaves just as you
described. If I start in a directory that contains the "coco3.rom" file,
everything works.
