[Coco] Disk subroutines for Assembly?

Very cool Rick. I find it interesting that DelphiTerm includes support 
for using DSKCON, its own 'driver' for accessing the WD7xxx chip 
directly, or use of its own ram drive - but all of which still required 
Delphi to create its own filesystem handling code. Neat stuff.
