[Coco] BSound 0.1.3 allows CMOC programs to play 6-bit samples

Hi all,

I have just published version 0.1.3 of BSound, a C library for CMOC
programs that want to generate sounds.

This version adds a function that plays 6-bit samples at a given
frequency.

A demo is included. It generates and plays a square wave of varying
tones and volumes.

BSound also provides equivalents to Basic's PLAY and SOUND commands.
