[Coco] French CoCo

I understand that there is French CoCo or perhaps just a French CoCo manual.
Dose it have a different ROM? Dose it have different hardware? Dose it have
a different keyboard? Can you run in an emulator? Can you use it with a
pop-up onscreen keyboard? Are the BASIC commands in French? Do the commands
map to the same tokens? What software was made for the French CoCo?
