My XRoar folder is in my Documents folder on Windows.

C:\Users\<username>\Documents\XRoar\roms

Makes it easier to backup my Documents folder when it is time to do a clean
install of Windows 10 then it is to hunt down the %AppData% folder and
backing up special stuff.
