[Coco] RGBtoHDMI

If I'm successful in getting the RGBtoHDMI working, then I intend to post
the method and results I achieved. My coco3 to amiga monitor adaptor I
made many years ago, I posted to a coco website that became defunct shortly
after. It used a 74ls flip flop to make it work with the amiga monitor.
Back then I knew zero about electronics and it was fun learning how I could
make it work and very satisfying when it did. Naturally, people smarter
than me pointed out how it could be improved, much to my embarrassment. I
know a teeny bit more than I did back then and my soldering skills have
improved so its time to try another coco project. I hope nobody is
offended if I dismiss their suggestions, but I want to try this particular
project.
